How can users request their account deletion?

 

Users can request their account deletion by:

• Emailing: Send an email to support@providehealth.com with the subject "Delete my account and data."

• Application: Submit a request from the account info screen.

What data will be deleted upon request?

Upon receiving a deletion request, ProvideHealth will delete the following data associated with your account:

• Personal information: Name, email address, password, phone number, address, billing information, payment history.

• Usage data: App usage data, such as number of sessions, session duration, app opens, crashes, device information.

• Analytics data: Data collected for analytics purposes by Appsflyer and Google Analytics for Firebase.

• Push notification data: Device identifiers used for push notifications.

• Interaction data: Data collected through interactions with third-party services like JotForm and OneSignal.

Is there any data that will be retained?

ProvideHealth may retain the following data even after your account is deleted:

• Anonymized usage data: De-identified data that does not contain any personally identifiable information. This data may be used for statistical analysis and improvement of the app.

• Log data: Server logs that may contain your IP address and other technical information for a limited period for troubleshooting and security purposes.

Are there any exceptions to data deletion?

ProvideHealth may not be able to delete all data in the following situations:

• Legal requirements: If required by law, ProvideHealth may need to retain some data for a certain period.

• Unpaid balances: If you have outstanding payments, ProvideHealth may need to retain your billing information until the balance is settled.
